Mission
The Faculty of Church Management and Administration equips students and ministry leaders with the theological understanding, managerial competence, ethical judgement and practical skills required to govern, administer and resource churches and Christian organisations effectively. Through rigorous teaching, applied research, professional formation and engagement with faith communities, the Faculty advances excellence in church leadership, financial stewardship, organisational development, governance and institutional management in service to the Church and the wider society.

To be a leading center of excellence in church management and administration, developing spiritually mature, ethically grounded and professionally competent leaders who strengthen Christian institutions, advance responsible stewardship, and shape sustainable and effective ministry for a changing world.

Faculty of Church Management and Administration
The Faculty of Church Management and Administration prepares leaders to govern, manage and resource the institutional life of the Church with integrity, competence and spiritual maturity. It recognizes that the work of ministry depends upon sound organisation, faithful stewardship and wise administration, and it brings the disciplines of management into the service of the gospel. The Purpose is to form administrators, managers and leaders who will steward the resources, finances and organisational life of churches and Christian institutions to the glory of God and the advance of his kingdom.
