Who We Are
Amb. Dr. John Amarachukwu Daniel
Founder/Chancellor
Melchisedec International University is a non-denominational, non-profit Christian education and seminary institution established by the Lord Jesus through His anointed servant Dr. John A. Daniel.
The institution was physically founded by Dr. John A. Daniel on 15th January 2000 and approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria as Help and Reconciliation Ministry and Bible Training College, with vested authority to award diploma certificates to its students.
Due to popular demand from both students and graduates — and following the Lord's direction — the institution was upgraded to a degree-awarding university, approved and registered by the Federal Government in November 2007.

Our Mission
Our mission according to the Lord’s command is to train end-time ministers of God on a free-of-charge basis in preparation for their ministerial duties. Our curriculum exceeds both national and international standards for Christian universities. Our lecturers are world class dedicated ministers of God whose qualifications meet the necessary requirements for their courses of instruction.
Our Vision
Our vision is to teach the pure word of God which many people in Christendom today call “old school” and which will help to impart true Christian discipline. It will also help the faith of the students who are prospective ministers of the Gospel build on solid foundation of true Christianity and not on the wisdom of men. For this reason, apart from the academic requirements, students applying for admission into this Institution, must be born again, baptized in water and the Holy Ghost, and must have resolved to be trained ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, irrespective of nationality, gender, race, age, disability, ethnicity, color, etc.
Our Core Values
- The University does not seek to manipulate or force its students to change their allegiance to their churches or denominations or ministries as we are out to serve the Christian family. Rather we help each student to have a personal and more solid relationship with the Lord Jesus through His Holy Spirit by giving them a firm and sound biblical foundation from which to understand their calling and vision of the kingdom, and also be able to understand the end time moves of the Holy Spirit.
