Mission
The Faculty of Human Resources Management and Development advances excellence in Christian leadership, discipleship, human development, pastoral counselling, prayer and ministry formation through rigorous teaching, applied learning, research and community engagement. The Faculty equips students with the spiritual maturity, leadership competence and people development skills required to nurture individuals, build effective ministry teams, strengthen Christian organisations and serve communities with wisdom, integrity, compassion and purpose.

To be a distinguished centre for Christian leadership, human development and ministry formation, equipping spiritually mature, professionally capable and compassionate leaders who develop people, strengthen healthy ministries and advance transformative service within the Church and society.

Faculty of Human Resources Management and Development
The Faculty of Human Resources Management and Development is concerned with the formation, leadership and care of people in the service of the Church and the kingdom of God. It unites the study of leadership, discipleship, human development, pastoral counselling and the ministries of prayer and deliverance, holding that the greatest resource of any ministry is its people, and that their formation, care and mobilization lie at the heart of effective Christian service. The summary of the above is to raise leaders, disciples, counselors and intercessors who will develop, lead and care for people, building healthy ministries and forming mature followers of Christ.
