Certificate, Church Administration
Equipping Faithful Administrators for Effective Church Service
About This Program
Program Description
The Certificate in Church Administration prepares lay administrators, church officers and emerging ministry workers to support the organisational life of churches and Christian institutions with competence, integrity and a strong sense of Christian responsibility.
The programme provides an accessible introduction to church business management, financial administration, Christian ministry, biblical studies and intercultural relations. Students also develop essential academic writing and study skills while gaining practical ministry experience through supervised field education.
Throughout the programme, students learn how to organise church activities, support administrative systems, manage basic financial and operational responsibilities and contribute to effective communication within diverse congregations. The curriculum places particular emphasis on faithful stewardship, accountability, service and the practical application of Christian values in administrative work.
Graduates are prepared for entry-level administrative and operational roles in churches, ministries and Christian organisations. The certificate also provides a pathway for further study at diploma level.
