About This Program
Program Description
The Master of Arts in Christian Educational Administration provides advanced academic and professional preparation for individuals seeking senior leadership and administrative responsibilities within Christian and faith-based educational institutions.
The programme recognises that contemporary educational leaders must operate within increasingly complex institutional, regulatory, financial, technological and social environments. Students therefore examine educational administration as a multidisciplinary field involving strategic leadership, governance, policy, finance, human resources, curriculum oversight, organisational development and institutional accountability.
Advanced studies in educational leadership and policy develop students’ ability to formulate institutional direction, evaluate educational systems and translate strategic priorities into measurable programmes. Students learn to analyse internal and external environments, develop strategic plans and establish systems for monitoring institutional performance.
The governance component examines governing boards, executive accountability, regulatory compliance, accreditation, institutional policies and ethical decision-making. Students consider how Christian educational institutions can maintain their spiritual identity while meeting recognised standards of academic quality, transparency and professional practice.
Courses in financial management, resource development and institutional sustainability prepare students to develop budgets, oversee resources, strengthen internal controls and design responsible approaches to fundraising and long-term financial planning. Human resource studies address recruitment, staff development, performance management, workplace culture and succession planning.
